CRDL Alternate names

Alternate names table that is populated by data from the original alternate_names column from the current name db and will reference either Name or Corporate entity

Columns

• Name - String
  • <$a>
• Project - String
  • <$p>
• Display - Boolean
  • <$b>all

Notes

• We do not want to keep <$p> and <$s>, they can both go away.
• The contents of <$c> to be moved to the bio. Once that's done, <$c> can go away as well.
• Purge any alternate names that DON'T have an authoritative name (re: the list at the end of the wiki page)
