Sunspot monkeypatch

Sunspot indexing for Blacklight works best if the ID field in Solr is modified from the default scheme used by Sunspot. This requires a monkeypatch of a few Sunspot methods, and additional Solr fields. This is undesireable. Seek an alternative method of avoiding the default Sunspot IDs.
