Weekly chronam newspaper load

Hey all, I have a set of batches ready to be loaded into chronam from the "new_batches" folder on chronamFTP. There is also a replacement batch in the "replacement_batches" folder. Finally, there are some replacement lccn files in the "replacement_lccn_files" folder. Thanks so much!
