Weekly chronam newspaper load 03_07_2024

Hey all,

Note: Before you do the newspaper load this week, there is another issue regarding funding slugs that need to happen first.

I have another set of batches ready to be loaded into chronam from the "new_batches" folder on chronamFTP. There is also a set of json files to be loaded from the "json_files" folder.
