Weekly chronam newspaper load

Hey all, I have another set of newspaper batches ready to be loaded into chronam from the "new_batches" folder on chronamFTP. One of the batches requires an lccn file to be loaded with it from the "lccn_files" folder. There are also replacement batches to be loaded from the "replacement_batches" folder. Finally, there are json files to be loaded from the "json_files" folder. Thanks so much!
