Weekly chronam newspaper load

Hey all, I have a set of batches ready to be loaded into chronam from the "new_batches" folder on chronamFTP. One of the batches requires an lccn file to be loaded from the "lccn_files" folder. There is also a replacement batch to load in the "replacement_batches" folder. Thanks so much!
