Weekly chronam newspaper load

Hey all, I have a set of batches ready to be loaded into chronam from chronamFTP. There are a few special instructions for this week's load:

1. There is a replacement batch in the "replacement_batches" folder that needs to be loaded first. This has to be completed before the new batches are loaded.
2. There are new batches ready to be loaded from the "new_batches" folder
3. There is an lccn file that needs to be loaded with the batches in the "lccn_files" folder
4. There is a json file to be loaded from the "json_files" folder.
