Weekly chronam newspaper load

Hey all, I have a set of batches ready to be loaded into chronam from the "new_batches" folder on chronamFTP. There are a few special instructions for this week's load:

1. I need a new funding slug added before the load: "slug": "midgeorgia2" "message": "Funding for the digitization of this title was provided by the Middle Georgia State University Library" "image": "images/midgeorgia.jpg"

2. One of the batches requires an lccn file to be loaded. That lccn file is located in the "lccn_files" folder.

3. There are also json files to be loaded from the "json_files" folder.
