Weekly chronam newspaper load

Hey all, I have a set of batches ready to be loaded into chronam from the "new_batches" folder on chronamFTP. There is an accompanying json file to be loaded as well. Finally, there is a replacement batch to be loaded from the "replacement_batches" folder. Thanks so much!
