Weekly chronam newspaper load

Hey all, I have another set of batches ready to be loaded into chronam from the "new_batches" folder on chronamFTP. There is also an accompanying json file to load from the "json_files" folder. Finally, there is a replacement batch to load from the "replacement_batches" folder. Thanks so much as always!
