Weekly chronam newspaper load

Hey all, I have another set of batches ready to be loaded into chronam from the "new_batches" folder on chronamFTP. There is an accompanying json file to be loaded from the "json_files" folder as well. Finally, there are two batches that need to be replaced and those batches are in the "replacement_batches" folder. Thanks so much!
