Weekly chronam newspaper load

Hey all, I have a set of batches ready to be loaded into chronam from the "new_batches" folder on chronamftp. There is also a set of replacement batches in the "replacement_batches" folder as well. Finally, there is a json file to be loaded from the "json_files" folder. Thanks so much!
