Weekly chronam newspaper load

Hey all, I have a set of batches ready to be loaded into chronam from chronamFTP. There are new batches in the "new_batches" folder, replacement batches in the "replacement_batches" folder and json files in the "json_files" folder. If you have any questions, let me know. Thanks so much!
