Weekly chronam newspaper load

Hey all, I've got a set of batches ready to be loaded into chronam from chronamFTP. There are new batches in the "new_batches" folder. There are two batches in the "replacement_batches" folder and a json file in the "json_files" folder. Thanks as always! Donnie
