Weekly chronam newspaper load

Hey all, I've got another set of batches ready on chronamFTP to be loaded into chronam. One of the batches requires an lccn file to be loaded. That lccn file is in the lccn_files folder. There are also accompanying json files to be loaded into chronam from the json_files folder. Thanks so much!
