Weekly Chronam newspaper load

Hey all, I've got another set of batches ready to be loaded into chronam from the chronamFTP. There are new batches in the "new_batches" folder and one replacement batch in the "replacement batches folder". It doesn't matter the order it is done. There are also accompanying json files for the batches in the "json_files" folder. Thanks so much as always!
