Weekly chronam newspaper load

Hey all, I have a set of new batches ready to load into the production chronam site from the chronamFTP. Two of the batches require lccn files to be loaded. Those lccn files are located in "lccn_files". There are also json files to be loaded in the "json_files" folder. Thanks so much!
