Weekly newspaper chronam load

Hey all, I have another set of batches ready to be loaded from the "new_batches" folder on chronmFTP into the chronam production site. One of the batches will need the lccn file in the "lccn_files" to be loaded. There are also accompanying json files in the "json_files" folder to be loaded as well. Thanks so much!
