Chronam production batch load

I have some loads ready for the production chronam server from chronamftp. Here is what I've got:

1. One replacement batch in the "replacement_batches" folder.
2. Some json files to be loaded from the "json_files" folder.
3. One of the json files has a new funding slug that will need to be created. That funding slug is "flint_river". The logo for the slug is in the "funding_logos" folder on chronamftp. The funding text for that slug is: "Funding for the digitization of this title was provided by the 2016 Spalding County SPLOST via the Flint River Regional Library System."
