chronam production loading

Hey all, I have one replacement batch and several new batches to load into the GHN production server from chronamftp.

1. The replacement batch should be done first and is in the replacement_batches folder
2. The new batches in the new_batches folder should be done after the replacement batch and has several json files in the json_files folder to load with them. If you have any questions or problems, let me know. Thanks as always! Donnie
