Weekly chronam newspaper batch loading

Hey all, I've got a set of new batches ready to be loaded into chronam from the chronamFTP. One of the batches requires the lccn file located in the lccn_files folder. There are also some associated json files to be loaded as well in the json_files folder. If you have any questions, let me know. Thanks so much as always! Donnie
