Weekly Newspaper Batch Load 5/12/2021

I have another set of newspaper batches ready to be loaded into GHN from chronamftp. Some of the batches require the lccn files from the lccn folder to be loaded in GHN. There are also some accompanying json files to be loaded as well.

In addition, there are two staging server batches and one json file ready to be loaded on the staging server from the FTP.
