Add regions as presets for the counties filter on the advanced search page.

One idea: there might be buttons for "North Georgia", "Metro Atlanta", etc. Clicking one would select all the counties associated with that region (based on what the old site had) in the counties filter, but you could still add or deselect counties before running the search.
