Alternative text for linked images could be improved

link to row in spreadsheet
recommendation: The linked images below the hero section have alternative text that describe the image instead of the destination of the link. When an image is wrapped in <a> tags, the alternative text of the image becomes the accessible text of the link. For example, when users access the Collections link via screen reader, they will hear "Image representing the Collections search page". To some users, it can be assumed that the link will take them to an image of the page rather than the page itself. There are a few ways this issue can be fixed and examples of techniques are provide in W3C's technique H30: https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20-TECHS/H30.html.
