Page title could be improved

recommendation: The page title allows screen reader users to confirm that they are on the correct page and also provides information about the contents of the page. The current page title of the Contact Us page is Civil Rights Digital Library. This isn't very descriptive because the entire site is the Civil Rights Digital Library. The title should be updated to include the actual title of the page (Contact Us). We recommend updating the title of the page so that it includes "Contact Us".
