There is no method to skip to the main content included in the website (Skip Link)

recommendation: Skip links are important for people who navigate web content via the keyboard. They allow them to move focus past repeated blocks of content like navigation. Having to tab through repeated content to access the main area of a page is annoying and can be tiring for them. Refer to this W3C technique article for more information about skip links: "Adding a link at the top of each page that goes directly to the main content area" - https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG22/Techniques/general/G1 In this link the skip link is present but doesn't work because the href attribute for the link is not targeting an id value that exists elsewhere on the page. Recommend updating the href so it is targeting the correct id for the page's main content section.
