The teal color of the text included in the Browse Institutions Alphabetically section of the Institutions page does not meet WCAG minimums for color contrast against the gray background

recommendation: The minimum contrast ratio for text included in web content is 4.5:1 for standard text and 3:1 for large text. Important text meant to convey information should have a high contrast ratio so people can easily read it.
