recommendation: Images that provide information for anyone who can see them should include alternative text so anyone who cannot has access to the same information. Refer to this W3C Technique article for more information about alternative text: "Providing short text alternative for non-text content that serves the same purpose and presents the same information as the non-text content" - https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Techniques/general/G94 In this instance someone who can't see the image is not being provided information the same information as someone who can. The image includes informational icons that detail the limits of the Creative Commons License for the collection item. While someone who is not familiar with the various icons would need to click the link and read the associated article to familiarize themselves with them. However a person using a screen reader would always need to click the link and search the article to determine the license limits. The alternative text for the license should explain the limits or include which icons are shown so someone using a screen reader doesn't miss out on the information. Suggest: alt="Creative Commons license attribution, noncommercial, share alike"
