Custom page url not working in Firefox

A user let me know that custom "jump-to-page" urls aren't working in Firefox. Example: Going to this url in chrome loads the 10th page of the item. If you use Firefox it just loads the start page. Once loaded, if you manually change the canvas number and hit enter it goes right back to the start page.
