Mirador 3: for items displaying the viewer remove the item tab display

Since the IIIF viewer appears at the top of the page, there is no need to maintain the item section of the tabbed display.

Items with a IIIF viewer and no full-text will have the viewer on top of the metadata

Items with a IIIF viewer and full-text will include a tabbed display below the viewer for the metadata and the full-text.
