Displaying the sensitive_content field values

On dlg.usg.edu/collections,

the value of the sensitive content field in the collection record should display under the holding institutions values. Please do not include a field label and bold the text and make it #802755.

On the actual collection page, display the value in bold (and #802755) in a new paragraph under the description field and above the More About this collection button. When you click on the More About this collection button. The bolded purply value should appear below the rights icon.
