Spotlight template design changes (round 2)

• Can we include right-aligned links on the Georgia Exhibits header to Contact Us (link to https://www.galileo.usg.edu/contact) and Harmful Content (link TBD) using the "Georgia exhibits" yellow?
• Is there a way to add href anchors into the document? For example, see the footnotes on: https://spotlight-staging.galib.uga.edu/spotlight/georgia-newspaper-history/feature/georgia-s-first-newspaper. We'd like to make the each footnote an anchor.
• Is there a way we can right align the navigation at the bottom of the page (Previous|Next)?
• In Chrome, if you go to a page with an exhibit item embed, then move to another page, and then use the back button on the browser, the image drops to the bottom of the page.
• Is there a way to configure the content one receives when one chooses to SMS, email, or cite from the tool box on the item record page? If so, could we change the toolbox on item records to a bar beneath the breadcrumb trail so that the catalog records aren't so squished? (see https://spotlight-staging.galib.uga.edu/spotlight/georgia-newspaper-history/catalog/2-50). Otherwise remove it to recover the real estate.
• Is it possible to make the URL at Partner site, DLG URL, and Rights values linkable in the item records? (see https://spotlight-staging.galib.uga.edu/spotlight/georgia-newspaper-history/catalog/2-50)?
• Please remove the "Back to Search" and "Start Over" links from item records.
