Skip to Search link does not work

recommendation: The "Skip to Search" link does not work as intended. The target <a> element is unreachable because the it is hidden from view and other devices using type="hidden". Users, in general, may find this confusing. However, the other skip links work as intended making this less of a problem than it could be. We recommend moving the target to the actual search <input> so that the skip to search link not only works, but allows users to jump directly to the Search field.
