Visible focus indicator on Refine section could be improved

recommendation: The visible focus indicator for the buttons in the Refine section of the Collections page is missing adequate visible focus indicators. Currently, the visible focus indicators, are very pale and hard to distinguish visibly. We recommend reviewing W3C's Understanding 2.4.7 Focus Visible: https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG22/Understanding/focus-visible.html for more information about visible focus and techniques for implementation.
