Go live checklist

This is scheduled to happen during the DLG Dev Check-in at 3pm on Thursday 9/8

• Change crdl.usg.edu to point to the new site (DNS)
• Remove the banner on the new site pointing to the old site
• Generate Sitemap
• Check to be sure Google Analytics is tracking page loads
• Update the text and link on the banner on the old site to use the correct URL
• Discontinue back filling
• Add route: resources needs to go to educator resources
• Add Routes: topics, media types go to homepage?
• Add route: about/ (to go to about/overview?)
• Add route: /media_types to /records?f%5Bmedium_facet%5D%5B%5D= (expands the medium facet)
• Add route: /help
• Add banner to more pages in old site
• edit robots.txt file to old site to dissallow crawling
• This needs to be redirected, https://crdl.usg.edu/places/listing/ to https://crdl.usg.edu/places
• Fix z-index issue with dropdown over carousel
• The whote crdl.usg.edu/help subdirectory should point to the home page please. See for example, https://crdl.usg.edu/help/tour/
• https://crdl.usg.edu/about/press_kit/ this should point to https://sites.google.com/view/dlg-docs/resources/promotional-materials/crdl-2022-press-kit
• Also please change the link under about for the press kit to the same: https://sites.google.com/view/dlg-docs/resources/promotional-materials/crdl-2022-press-kit
• https://crdl.usg.edu/about/steering/ needs to go to https://crdl.usg.edu/about/steering_committee
• https://crdl.usg.edu/cgi/crdl?action=results should go to crdl.usg.edu
