• Name report to facilitate data cleanup
  • Think about down the road: names will not always match exactly. There may need to be some data cleanup on this. Will be good to have reports to assist with this data cleanup.
• View and react to user testing
  • Plan is to try to get user testing going over the next few weeks

  • Perhaps change url to less “developer-y” name: change crdl-bl-prod.galib.uga.edu to crdl-beta.galileo.usg.edu (or just add the latter)
• Fix institution indexing in meta (meta#586 (closed))
  • Deleted a collection and added another, and it is not appearing under “contributing institutions. Need to fix.
• Browse institution: don't show an institution if no items in crdl (#142 (closed))
  • (CRDL issue--may need to be a meta issue instead)
  • Holding insts that have no collections associated with CRDL, but they’re associated with DLG repo, show up in the inst list with “0 items”. These should be filtered out of the list. Note that there is a report to discover these.
• Browse institutions: don't show collections with no items
• A-Z on institution and people browse--exclude empty characters (#141 (closed))
  • Make it so that letters don’t show if there are no holding insts
  • Also hide letters without people on the people browser
• When following link from Holding Institution to Collection, collection items should be faceted to that holding institution (#139 (closed))
  • Look at U of Arkansas, one collection shows with one item, but when you click it, 2 show. Only one should show. This issue may be more complex. Item counts seem to be wrong, looks like we’re displaying the record facet, not item facet.. Also, after clicking collection, click contributing inst, UA not there.
• Holding institution logos/thumbnails are missing (#137 (closed))
  • Also the Thumbnail for UA should be showing. Should be an issue for this already.
• Is People searching working as desired?
  • When searching for people, it should just search the name and alt name fields, not the whole record. It might be doing this already? Look into. Wait, it looks like we are already doing this. Is searching over non-public alt names the behavior we want?
